WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

We currently only support shipping within the United States. We are not able to ship to countries or regions outside of the United States at this time.

STANDARD DELIVERY:  2-7 business days.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order value required. However, please note that free shipping does not apply to the following regions: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping to the following regions will be charged based on the actual shipping costs incurred: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

WHERE DOES OUXXFootwear DELIVER?

We currently deliver to the United States, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For customers who have purchase needs but are not in the USA, please contact our online staff to inquire.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
